The Apple A9 Bionic is a high-performance 64-bit ARM-based SoC designed by Apple, first introduced with the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus in September 2015. Manufactured using a 14-nanometer FinFET process, it delivers significant improvements in performance and efficiency over its predecessor.
